Happy Tuesday!
I just wanted to share a photo of this cool urban garden I saw last weekend.
In a previous post, I featured Gainesville Compost founder Chris Cano, who talked about using compost to fuel a wall garden that he was in the process of building. Well, here it is!
This is an excellent idea for city living or any kind of small patio or balcony(or also for restaurants, which is where this one is). I remember Chris saying to keep tabs on which walls get a lot of light, so you may want to avoid shady spots.
I know he made this by using a glass cutter to cut wine and beer bottles. And decorated the backboard with recycled beer caps. Apparently the plants like the setup (and the compost) because they seem to be thriving.

As an aspiring owner of both a balcony AND a restaurant — and a hoarder of beer caps — I fully endorse this post!
